â–¢1 carrot
â–¢1 Lebanese cucumber
â–¢1/2 cup grape tomatoes
â–¢1 Tbsp chopped parsley
â–¢1/2 lemon
â–¢1 Tbsp olive oil
â–¢2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
â–¢1 small sweet potato
â–¢10 asparagus
â–¢2 tsp avocado oil
â–¢1/2 tsp paprika
â–¢1/2 tsp oregano
â–¢1/4 tsp chili powder
â–¢sea salt
â–¢pepper
