Nutrition isn’t separate from oral health.

It’s the foundation of it.

What you eat every day determines how well your teeth mineralise, how your gums respond, and how your body heals overall. That’s why I approach food as medicine, not trends, not extremes, just what the body actually needs.

Real, whole foods.
Enough protein.
Healthy fats.
Minerals that support bone, teeth, and cellular health.

After trying nearly every dietary approach over the years, I’ve learned one thing: simplicity works when it’s applied with intention. Choose quality. Understand why you’re eating something. And use food to support the body, not fight it.

Oral health doesn’t start in the dental chair.
It starts in the kitchen.
