Our annual Live Online Community Conferences are an opportunity for everyone who may be interested – patients, parents/caregivers, clinicians, researchers, collaborators, improvers, friends – to join us for a condensed and convenient virtual meeting format. Leveraging the collaborative power of our Learning Health Community, we come together to explore important and timely IBD topics, to raise awareness of the IBD lived experience, share new information and best practices, ask questions and move forward together to advance our mission of transforming health, care and costs for all children and adolescents with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

Continuing Education at #ICNCC26S

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Cincinnati Children’s and ICN, Inc. Cincinnati Children’s is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change. This activity is approved for continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours. Completion of this CME activity, which includes learner assessment and feedback, enables the learner to earn points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. ImproveCareNow is also pursuing Social Worker CEU credit and Psychology CEU credit for this learning event.
