The recipe:
1/2 lemon washed sliced thin
1 teaspoon cloves
Thumb size ginger washed and sliced thin / or grated (grated ginger is more potent)
24 oz Spring water
Place all of the ingredients in spring water. Boil for 10 minutes.
Drink every night before bed, preferably warm or room temperature 😊
