Marijuana use might have contributed to my bipolar 1 emerging and also seemed to bring on mania and psychosis after diagnosis. That was enough for me to stop smoking weed.
However, I know other people with Bbipolar who say weed helps them.
In this video, I talk about my experiences with smoking weed and why I’m not sure how to feel about the legalization movement here in the US. 
UPDATE: YouTube demonetized this video. 😒 They said that it promotes or glorifies illegal drug use. I argued that it was educational, which is permissible. I lost.
