Does Bipolar Disorder Cause Brain Damage?

Hey Peeps!
I just found out yesterday why I can’t remember so much and how my inability to focus is likely due to the brain damage I sustained in Bipolar depression and Mania/Psychosis. I found the research to this video WAYYYY to triggering so here are the sources but the short answer is YES it can cause both permanent and non-permanent brain damage. If you think you might have bipolar please see your doctor. Many times it is life or death for us and the outcome is so much better if we are treated early.

Here are some sources about Bipolar Brain Damage and how it works.
