I have a question for everyone: WHY have we normalized BLOATING, EXHAUSTION, ACNE, & CONSTANT ANXIETY??

For years, I thought these symptoms were just “normal” parts of being a woman my 20s. But after hitting rock bottom with my health earlier this year, I realized that I shouldn’t have to live this way. Nobody deserves to feel tired, in pain, and depressed 24/7.

So that’s when I turned to testing to figure out EVERYTHING that was wrong with me. And the results shocked me.

From discovering my candida overgrowth to learning how food, sleep, and stress impact digestion — my health journey really opened my eyes to how powerful gut health really is. It amazed me how everything is connected to our gut microbiome.
