Bipolar disorder, the root cause and liberating direction revealed

The big question is how to overcome bipolar disorder, previously known as manic depression completely from the very root up?.Because only when we know and solve the root cause, we will heal the root together with its symptoms once and for all.

Welcome to this video, I’m Tom Nuyens from the Alive Academy.com.
After having survived a life threatening disease, my passion for both physical and psychological health was born.
During my discoveries I came across a lot of conditioned health claims, that are flat out wrong.
To help you see the trees for the woods again, towards complete liberation from the very root up, I created the Alive Academy.com, among which this video.

Bipolar disorder previously known as manic depression, is a mental illness marked by extreme changes in mood from high to low, and from low to high. Highs are periods of mania, while lows are periods of depression. The changes in mood may even become mixed, so you might feel elated and depressed at the same time.
But what is the actual root cause of a bipolar disorder?Well from the moment we are born we all experience painful emotions.
We haven’t learned how to solve that pain, but instead we have learned to suppress it., by building a thick wall around our core and feelings. We built that wall by being constantly busy in our mind, looking for distractions away from our unsolved pain. This exhausting running away from our unsolved pain and core is the root cause of our bipolar disorder. When we manage to get distracted from our pain for example with a new partner, a new gadget, a new bleep reaction on our phone, we can experience brief relief from our pain which can be interpreted as extreme happiness, highs, Grandiosity and overconfidence or periods of mania,
on the other hand, when one of our distractions breaks apart, there comes a hole in our wall of distractions and unsolved pain erupts through our wall of protection which can be experienced as an overwhelm of extreme sadness, anger, aggression.
When we get exhausted from running away into constant distractions, we call it depression.
When we have completely covered our core or identity behind a wall, we start to believe we have become our distractions, like our status, like our job, our roll. But when our distraction or our mask falls apart, we don’t know who we are anymore, which might be experienced as biploar disorder.A way to distract ourselves from our unsolved emotional pain within, is to create physical pain, which may result in self-harm.
